You contact us by email; there is no website submission form or booking service. We use the contact details, company information and message you provide to respond, understand your needs and discuss a possible project. The purposes are handling business enquiries under our legitimate interests and, where applicable, taking steps at your request before a contract. Do not send sensitive personal data. Enquiries that do not become client projects are retained for up to 12 months after the last contact, unless still needed for an ongoing discussion. Client and legally required records are handled separately.
Browser preferences
The website saves your animation and theme choices in your browser’s localStorage under transformr-motion and noirot-theme. Animations play by default; the theme follows your system preference until you choose. You can change these choices with the corresponding buttons or remove them by clearing this website’s data in your browser.
Visits and hosting
The static website is hosted on DigitalOcean App Platform in the Amsterdam region; delivery and support infrastructure can operate internationally. Spaceship/SpaceMail provides our email service. Providers receive data needed to deliver and secure their services, such as technical request details or email content. We use no visitor analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Fonts and videos are served by this website. Technical data follows provider service and security retention policies; our 12-month enquiry policy is not a statement about their technical logs or backups. Processing outside the EEA may occur; see the provider information below for processing and transfer safeguards.
